Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the service provider and users regarding the use of ConsensusAI (hereinafter "Service").

Article 2 (Definition of Service)

ConsensusAI is a service that simultaneously queries multiple AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) and provides aggregated consensus responses, including fact-checking and document verification features.

Article 3 (Service Usage)

  1. The service may be used by individuals aged 14 or older or legal entities.
  2. Users may use the service by agreeing to these Terms.
  3. Login through Google or GitHub account may be required to use the service.

Article 4 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

  1. Using the service for illegal purposes
  2. Unauthorized collection, storage, or disclosure of others' personal information
  3. Interfering with the normal operation of the service
  4. Using malicious automation tools to place excessive load on the service
  5. Using the service for the purpose of creating or spreading false information
  6. Creating content that defames, insults, or damages the reputation of others
  7. Creating content that promotes child exploitation, terrorism, or violence

Article 5 (Service Usage Restrictions)

  1. The service provider may restrict service usage or suspend accounts without prior notice if a user violates these Terms or interferes with normal service operation.

Article 6 (Disclaimer) - Important

  1. All results provided by this service are aggregations of AI model outputs and do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability.
  2. Service results cannot replace professional advice (medical, legal, financial, investment, etc.) and should only be used as reference material.
  3. All decisions made based on service results and their consequences are entirely the responsibility of the user.
  4. The service provider assumes no responsibility for the content generated by AI models.
  5. The service provider is not liable for damages due to service failures, data loss, or security incidents, unless there is intentional or gross negligence.
  6. The service provider does not intervene in disputes between users or between users and third parties and assumes no responsibility for such disputes.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. Rights to the service's design, logo, and software belong to the service provider.
  2. Rights to queries entered by users and generated results follow the terms of service of the relevant AI service providers.

Article 8 (Subscription and Payment)

  1. The Service offers various subscription plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Power, Enterprise) with different features and usage limits.
  2. All payments are processed through Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.
  3. Automatic Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  4. Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions. See our Refund Policy for details.
  5. Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.

Article 9 (Service Modification and Termination)

  1. The service provider may modify or discontinue the service content after prior notice.
  2. In urgent cases, notice may be provided afterwards.
  3. For free services, the service may be terminated without separate compensation.

Article 10 (Changes to Terms)

  1. The service provider may modify these Terms as necessary.
  2. Modified Terms take effect through in-service announcements.
  3. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you may discontinue using the service.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, and disputes related to service use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the location of the service provider.

Article 12 (Service Provider)

This service is operated by Consensus AI, a company registered in South Korea.
