We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
If you are not satisfied with ConsensusAI for any reason, simply contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day window:

- Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
3. After the 14-Day Period
After the 14-day refund window, subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
4. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
- Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan at the end of your billing period.
5. Automatic Renewal
- All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You will be charged the then-current subscription rate at each renewal.
